MISSION

It is the mission of the Westfield Fire Department to prepare for and respond to emergencies protecting people, property and the environment through a progressive and responsible approach to planning, education and hazard prevention with a professionally trained, dedicated and compassionate workforce of career and volunteer members.

ABOUT

Established in 1942, Westfield Road Volunteer Fire Department is located in an unincorporated area of northeastern Harris County near Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Westfield Fire Department operates under a service contract with Harris County ESD #25. We are contracted to provide fire suppression and rescue services for 13 square miles and with a population of approximately 45,000 residents.

Westfield Fire Department operates 24/7 using both volunteer and part-time paid personnel. As such, our fleet of apparatus are highly equipped and ready to respond at a moment's notice.

All emergency calls requiring the fire department are routed to Harris County Emergency Corps Communications Center. HCEC dispatches EMS and other fire departments within Harris County.
